Deep cleaning
A thorough top-to-bottom clean: limescale, built-up grease, skirting boards, inside the microwave and more. Free oven clean with your first deep clean.
£25per hour, 3-hour minimum -
End of tenancy cleaning
Cleaned to inventory standard, with before and after photos. If your inventory clerk flags anything, we’ll re-clean it free within 48 hours.

Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients leave a key or a code. Keys are labelled with a reference, never your address, and kept securely.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes, for regular cleans. If your cleaner is ever away, we’ll tell you in advance and offer a checked replacement or a new date.
What if I need to cancel?
Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and there’s no charge. Cancellations with less notice are charged at 50% of the booking, as your cleaner has kept that time free.
Is there a contract?
No. Regular cleans can be paused or stopped at any time.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Deep cleans and end-of-tenancy cleans need a 25% deposit to secure the date.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Let us know within 24 hours, with a photo if you can, and we’ll come back to put it right. For end-of-tenancy cleans, we’ll re-clean anything your inventory clerk flags within 48 hours, free.
